Update to 1.2
Updated edition to 1.2 - general editing pass, and addition and rewrites of locations
Certain additional areas were added - the Mt. Gilead library, Annamarie's trailer, and Nini's diner. The MGIM description and location was overhauled.
Certain rules interactions were modified, and author's notes were expanded for multiple sections.
